Changing Brand Perception by Humanizing Its Narratives
“Dreams” Executive Message Brand Ad - I recommended this approach to spotlight the CEO of Acrisure and position him in a positive light that shows how he cares for people, clients and the company to tell our story. I found this footage in our video files and crafted this script to help enhance our brand. This video has become key in all our brand initiatives.
"Becoming One Acrisure" tells the story of how Acrisure has unified its agencies to become one brand. It's a video that shows the excitement and the people behind the culmination of a year-long effort to launch all 11 regions under one brand.
Thanksgiving Message. Usually, the Thanksgiving video message from our executives is a scripted one. I recommended to a video that showcases all the hugs that we have captured throughout the year in footage from our internal events and make it a video that shows how thankful we are for our employees’ genuine care for each other.
Regional Brand Ad. We had been creating national ads that talked about our brand being human and high-tech to show our fintech nature, but never showing our people. I recommended to focus on our people to tell our brand story from the perspective of each newly created region. This would also help unify our brand as we expand nationally.

When Acrisure decided to launch its regional offices and unite them under one brand, I proposed a video campaign that would support each launch and create excitement among new employees and a sense of a wellbeing and a brighter future for everyone. These videos were also part of the event launch experience.
